Title: what's this in omega B

I found it in my omega B 2.5TD 1995year,what's this and where does it go?  :-?

looks like it goes onto the fuel filter housing there should be two a green one and a blue one

its either the plug for the fuel temp/fuel pre heat

See the fuel filter, in your picture, below where fuel pipes are?  On there. :y
