Title: tick over problem

hi there i seem to have a problem with my tick over
engine cut out and will not idle at times
changed idle valve runs ok.
but  cut out when coming to a stand still  

2.0  gls omega
1998 model
 please could anyone help

ICV (was replacement a good one)
Blocked breathers
Air leak on intake somewhere
