i have a very dull droning noise coming from the front end.
i'm 99% sure it's the wheel bearings. what i kneed to know is are the hubs easy to change and are there any specific torque settings when doing things back up?
any help gratefully received

There is a complete guide on here - easy enough job.
You need a big, big, big bar, though ;D

before i found this forum i did mine with a windy gun. It was man enough to undo so 'presumed' it would be man enough to do up, since read on here there is a torque setting, so not the best way. But as said there is a good guide in maintenance section.

Nah, can shift them with a 2 foot bar.....its the correct torque value for re-fit that requires a big torque wrench.

Getting mine off was easy (too easy actually - once I had loosened the nut (about 3/4 of a turn) I unscrewed it by hand :o)
My bearing was shot though... was a little bit of play in it, so I cranked it up before the MOT... Passed MOT, but the extra strain killed it a week later! (bit of metal sticking out of bearing and all sorts!) :-[
Only problem I had, was the tourqe setting at the end... My wrench doesn't go that high (220nm maybe? and I think it needs to be 300 and a bit ish?), so I guessed its value (Prob not recommended! :-?)
