Post by: davbar1982 on 12 September 2008, 17:42:54

A possibility is one of your soldered joints my have come loose, does yours have  a light on the key to show you when you have pressed the button?

The light doesn't light up. i've tried re registering the key with the car but that doesn't work. I assume there's a connection problem in the key which is why the light doesn't flash?

Cheers

Fill your location in....does sound like a battery holder failure.

Easy enough to fix if your compitent with a soldering iron
