Title: passenger door lock

Hi Guys.
Can anybody tell me what the problem is, when I lock my car via the car fob, only three doors lock, the passenger one stays unlocked, the catch stays in the up position, neither will it unlock, but the other three doors work fine. It locks ok if you push the button down then close the door. I have also tried it by putting the key in the lock and turn it, same thing, only three doors will lock. :(

Thank you so much for your help, that is great, at least I can get to the motor and get my meter on it see if its drawing amps,
