Title: How do you reset temp guage on clock board

Hi all the other day i took the battery out to be tested.When i put the battey back in the temp wasnt there.the time and date is there but the temp guage is just like this _ _:_ _ iv tryed using the radio to reset it on radio 2 like i was told but still nothing.Can anyone help me

That's the RDS for the time & date.
If you've no outside temp i reckon your temp sensor has gone t1ts up. It lives on the lower edge of the front bumper, passenger side. Try unplugging & replugging a few times to clean the contacts. A new sensor is only £6 or £7

Right if it is the little black box i thinking off i tryed my mates one and still nothing
