Can any one tell me where this valve is & a cure for low voltage, I believe this is causing my misfire. I just spent £500 replacing electrics & it still misfires. Paperclip tells me low voltage to Intake Manifold Valve 1 . My car hates me!!! HELP PLEASE!!!

This sounds to me like the rear multiram. Has the plenum been off recently, check the electrical connector at the back passenger side of the plenum... :y
Edited to add - this won't be the cause of the misfire.
Post up with further symptoms :y

Multi rams, 2 , 1at the front air intake and 1 at rear of plenum as james says. They alter the air intake to give a smooth rev range, and will not give a missfire. Although it will need sorting.
As you probably already have done, look for ht leads
Damaged often by oil in plug wells, change plugs themselves, and dis pac if no joy. Also a bad injector or wiring to the injector rail. Hth
