Title: replaced dash bulbs

I have just replaced dash bulbs and i now have on startup, washer fluid and coolant message on screen. I believe this may be a loose connection on refitting the dash, as i have checked the levels and all correct. Is this a common issue.

Also the blubs fitted are 3w, is that okay, as i have seen they have been 1.2w in previous posts.

Could be - try pushing dash in at mid end first.  If no go remove dash and refit carefully.

Check the connectors on the back of the MID....push them in fully
