called Trade Club, being a member gets you better than trade prices at Vauxhall dealers
-
depends on engine number m8
2.5TD (filter element) to ENG 34398417 93180820 £10.04
2.5TD (filter element) from ENG 34408417 93180093 £4.88
and these are the trade club prices
and norm price £11.65 and £8.15

1995 will be a U25DT engine, hence the more expensive filter...

you might get asked what filter housing you have like they did with me, [plastic or alloy] as their filter books list it this way, or at least my motor factor reference books do.

Official way is by engine number.
But if you have the metal cap, you have earlier type, plastic is the later type.
If you can't remember, U25DT have metal cap, and no MAF, X25DT have plastic cap, and a MAF. Y25DT wasn't sold in the UK.

look down between inlet manifold and power steering reservoir and behind the dipstick, you'll see an ali casing with a 13mm bolt head in middle of top. undo bolt (its a long one) and take off the casings hat and the dirty filter will greet you with a dirty handshake. i reccomend changing fuel filter every 3000miles too.

The way to get a TC card is to join the autobahnstormers club. £20 p.a. :y

I did this a few weeks back, Got my card in less than a week from posting the cheque. Straight down the local dealer and bought a pile of parts I needed saved myself over £80. and as I do ~30k miles per year I expect several such visits every year so well worth having.

I do mine annually, so about 12k in tractor based on current usage....
