I know Lizzie zoom was chatting about this a while ago, I have just done this to mine it is actually fairly easy to do if you can find the parts , I found a car in the scrappy the other day with it fitted and liberated it .
The worst bit is taking the glove box out really but even thats not bad once you know were all the screws are :y
My glovebox had the knock out for the pipe and slide already there so I would assume most do . there is a single rubber pipe from the glove box that fits on to a spigot on the blower unit on my car this was simply blanked off with a rubber cap .
I removed this and fitted the pipe in place not quiet as simple as it sounds ;) just a bit awkward getting to it , I did just use some glue on the rubber to make sure it stayed put .Put the glove box back in position and it works ok :y

I miss my cooled glove box from my older omega, might have to have a look around see if I can convert my facelift..

If you find the edge of the rear of the glove box and follow that accross to the tunnel it is there so yes it is, it is recessed and a bit awkward to find it is approx 6-8 inches from the top of the tunnel .
I should have taken a picture . I will have a look tomorrow and if I can take a picture of its position I will do . I may not be able to do it with out removing the glove box though :y

Thanks. :y
I'll have another look in mine. I looked ages back but couldn't find anything but I wouldn't mind a chilled glove box again. Trouble is there never seems to be many Omegas in the local breakers, let alone one with air con. :(
