Title: Gearbox question.

Hi all,
I'm in the process of swaping a 2.0 engine for a 2.5. Both engines have manual gearboxes. So i was wondering if they both have the r25 and the 2.0 box will do the 2.5? If so, can the engine be removed with the bearbox in place?

it'll still need the bellhousing off the 2.5 though

tbh I didnt really understand the question...if you have the engine and box for both then just remove the 2.0 engine and box as a whole and replace with the 2.5 engine and box...

If you only have the 2.5 engine then you will as alex says need the 2.5 bell housing from the 2.5 box...
