For my brother, not me... Hence why I'm not doing the work for him (first car, welcome to ownership and this is how much it costs :y blah blah blah...)
R-reg Omega GLS 2.0 16v - NO HISTORY
Required:
Coolant flush & refil
Oil change
Timing belt & tensioners
Water pump
Oil pump (car needs a little revving for the oil pressure light to go out, could just be pressure relief valve or sensor, but do the pump for safety)
PAS pump replacing (goosed)
How much do you reckon - not my car so not my probllem ;D

A lot of notes, from the sound of it. :(

If the oil pump needs replacing......i remember mr mcB changing the engine as it was the easiest option......tho that was on a V6 i think....
Probably for the rest of the bits.....about the same he paid for it if not more.....if garage is doing it :(

Oil pump on the V6 is a badger of a job to do. The 2ltr its timing belt end, so can be done alot easier than the V6. Waterpump also be done same time as the timing belt, so not a major issue.
I priced up (myself) about £270 for me to do it (parts n such) so probably double easy for a garage to do.
