Just realised i have never cleaned it, worth doing? Get any noticable improvments?
-
Have fun removing it ;D

Cleaned mine a while ago, no difference at all. I don't think it's worth removing unless you have a code up for the EGR. It's a bit fiddly to get out and must have dropped the nuts a thousand times before getting it back together.

i just stick with cleaning the throttle body then! ;D

Yep and cleaning the throttle body will make a difference. Make sure you get the breather jet that is screwed into the inlet manifold. It corrodes badly and blocks. :y

I usually clean that one with every oil change, just pop it off and blow air through it, but be good to get at it from the other side.
First time i cleaned it i was amazed, mad a massive difference!
