Title: Heater servos

Can anyone out there tell me how to get at the heater/air con servos?  I am now pretty sure that the one that controls the hot air to the drivers side is US.  Not very funny on a cold morning when the windscreen on the drivers side will not demist!!!

I cleaned the scuttle drains and the heating came back in mine - could be purely co-incidence but have been working ever since.
