Title: is there anything special about mv6 suspension

did the 2001 mv6's or police spec mv6's have uprated suspension ?

Stiffer struts and springs. Lower by 15mm. No self levelling at the rear like you get on Elites and many estates.

irmscher struts but there were two different versions on public and police versions

Not according to the TC book there weren't. Armoured vehicles, police, ambulance and sports spec (MV6) all share the same parts.

well this is a 2001 ex police mv6 ive got for the engine .

just need to know how to list the other is on ebay properly

I was sure the springs had different numbers.


My polac MV6 has a notibly differing ride to my Civy spec MV6, although nothing as drastic as the jump from the Elite to either of the above!
