Title: more power!

hi all, its probably been asked before but does anyone know if there are any turbo or superchaged v6`s about and if so what have they used? not actually going to be used in an omega but in an old vauxhall magnum and the room around the engine is about the same cheers jim

current 2.8 v6 vxr vectra is turbo charged. But thats going to be lots and lots on money.

Courtney did a few 3.0 Estates with a single turbo. They weren't any faster than a normal Omega but were designed for extra mid range torque for the police when the rear of the car was full of equipement  :y

Omegatoy had a 3.0l Elite with an aftermarket turbo, so it is possible.  How much extra power I wouldn't like to say...
