i have a Nokia phone kit fitted to my 98 elite,is their any way of telling which phone will fit?

Would think it`s for the 6230i. Remove holder from bracket, should be product number on the rear. Google it :y

look up CARK91 on net, bet it looks like yours. Not much use now, as I doubt you have such an old phone

if it is the type with a plug on the bottom, then you may be lucky enough to be able to update the cradle (Buy one from flebay) and simple plug it straight onto the cable, I have had a Nokia car kit for about 5 years now and every year i upgrade with the network provider i ask them for the cradle that is compatible with my phone  & car kit, they are only about £15 anyway..
