Title: Bonnet Release

Can any member help me.  The handle (under drivers side dash) floats around in space and is not fixed to anything. If pressure is applied and the cable is under tension then all works OK. Theres just nothing to fix/screw the handle to. Hope you get my drift :( :( :( Any help appreciated  :y

Get someone to hold the bonnet down, then pull the release and it will undo, then under the bonnet remove the passenger side front cover, and tighten up the cable

Guessing the handle is bust and needs replacement.
