Title: Still non-starter

Hey guys, thanks for your help yesterday, tried beating the s/motr to an inch of its life but still no go - the only thing to start is the bleedin snow!!! anyone got any other ideas? i dont have a clue with diesels...

when i turn on ignition all i get is a click from the relay in the box on f/n/s wing. all other elecs are fine, heater, lights etc, the click aint coming from the s/motor- so i`m thinkin electronic fault - or am i way off?

possible earthing fault,check all earthing points are clean and no rust

yeah done that too - there MUST be something simple causing it  - or is it a case of biting the bullet and swapping the s/motor?

have you tried changing the relay?

not at 65 quid from vx - and theyre like rockin horse poo in the scrappy! thought i`d try the cheaper option and ask you guys first!!
