Cheers for the tip  :y

There's some good guides in the Maintenance section, but Haynes has the wiring diagrams.

Watching so far. Will grab it if it's a bargain near the end. But I've got a feeling it won't be

I can't understand why Mr Haynes makes his manuals using the cheapest most orriblist paper possible. The horrible brown stuff newspapers used to be printed on. And still charge £15! Would it really be so much more expensive to use half decent paper so you can actually see the tiny B&W pics and not tear the page each time you turn over? OK Rant over

Nice and chunky? Well yours isn't like mine then. Mine is bordering on tissue paper. Even when I pick up the manual, it is so light I nearly throw it over my shoulder!

Hello, can't realy knock Haynes, in the early days of ign coils, distributors, brake shoes, drums etc, they were the key to home mechanics, and still are very usefull if only for wiring diagrams and torque settings.I have a copy of the one in question and wouldn't be without. Well there it is couldn't resist singing an old friends praises. My regards to everybody,Cliff :)

Haynes are quite good, always had one for whatever car I've had. When I had a MKII Granada I had the Haynes and an Autodata manual, the Autodata was much better, I wrote to them when I got my Meega, they said they only supply data to the trade now :'(

When using the workshop manual and to stop getting 'grubby pages' But some A4 Translucent Sleeves and open a side (long ways) and just 'slide' over the Working Page, to preserve your Book!!
