Just want to see what peoples views are on the following
Re-Con Front Lower Arms
New OE bushes, Ball Joint etc, Powder Coated + all new nuts and bolts
Re-Con Rear Arms
New Bushes, Bearing, Powder Coated + all nuts and bolts
Exchange V6 Breather Kit
Fully cleaned Out Breather with gasket and bolts
All would be on and exchange bases, just thinking it would save people time and possibliy some cash
Comments Please

My comments
On the fronts, go for Merle bushes as they are superior to the GM ones and not convinced on the ball joints as they are pretty bomb proof.....plus you have to bolt the replacements in rather than rivet them.
As for the rear....I assume you mean the trailing arms?

Sounds promising but would be price dependant :y :y :y
Re-con rear self levelling shocks would be a winner though ::) ::)

often wondered about this, would be usefull. Not sure powder coat in necessary and maybe difficult to keep out of various holes, just paint em.
I guess you mean buying new with a refund on return of old parts?
Some on here have paid 50 a pair delivered for fia bones. Merle bushes worked out 39 a car iirc.
Did rear bushes in trailing arms last night. Twas a bit of buggering about. But got the hang in the end. Looked to me like the exhaust would have to come off to remove the arms? On older systems that might mean a new system if it doesnt come apart ok?

Def agree on rear shocks, 150 a pair?

Yep... I've got a slight air leak on one but it still works... I'll have to replace them eventually but it's hard to justify the price when I can get standard ones for about £25 the pair! Just reluctant to go to non adjustable when I do a lot of towing and heavy weights in the boot :-/ :-/
