What do I soak in what?
Got some penetration oil somewhere, plenty of grease, where should I start?

Front and rear control arms.
I personaly remove them, strip them down, clean and grease them and then re-build them.

Track rods, if thats the right term, adjusts the toe(tracking) front and back, they always seize. But nothing a monkey wrench and some heat wont sort.
If you can get enough lube in there to make any difference i would be suprised. It really wants removal, clean and a good greaseing, but then youve got to get it back on and adjust it up to the right position. Or pay the operator to do it if he finds a problem :-)
Daw, Mark beat me to it. What he said...

With the dissasembly route......count the turns off and count the turns on...because its the same parts then the same settings are maintained.
