A bit more info needed.

1) Is the blower working?

2) Is the engine getting to operating temp?

3) Are the ventialtion direction controls working with the blow air moving from screen, to face, to foot well in response to the controls

Ok

First things to check

A) Is the scuttle empty of water (rear right of the engine bay)
B) Is fuse 33 ok?

Sorry about the confusion.

Ok, climate or standard heating setup?

When you originaly cleared the scuttle drain, was it blocked?

Its Standard Heater Setup, The drain was blocked a bit with gunk no water

Ok, so the chances are we are looking at a fan failure.

Next stage is to remove the glove box and start measuring voltages on the fan terminals.

I assume the fan never works, not even on full speed.

No The fan does not work at all, it was working yesterday but i heard like a electric zap/click when driving.

How hard is it to remove the glovebox? I guess i need to get a multi meter?

Check the maint guides for changing glovebox lock, that involves removing glovebox.

Ditto. Sorry for false hope mate, I just changed out my speed controller and climate, and I'm in exactly the same boat..

With the glove box off I hear a short and sharp hiss every time the fan is meant to start. Everything works fine, tested 2 climates 2 speed controllers now.

Re: housing: I see 2 screws at the bottom of the housing, either side, little torx bolts. Try those. Anyone else wanna chip in?
