Just to check and see what you thinks just was checking the pollan filler and oil and noticed that the small thin pipe going into the top of the HBV same not seated all the way down. Woulkd this allow the HBV to leak out coolant as it was repaced just a few months a go and could see some white stains on the top of it .

The small hose is only the vacuum actuator line so it shouldn't leak coolant from there.

Ok i see on having a good look and  a longer check looks like it may be only residue from jet washers as can not see anything or stains around any of the 3 big hoses going into the HVB and can not smell any coolant.
