Just looking on the Cadilac owners site and found this in ref to removing the wishbone bushes  along with a few other things

What do you think.

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work, after watching the press mark was using at Newent self distruct, the above method wouldn't be strong enough.

reminds me of the void arm bush puller in the cortina mk4/5 days, mind you he didnt show how to fit the new ones :-?

It may not work on Omega's but is a perfectly acceptable way of doing it. To insert you use the same tool but need to be a lot more carefull to keep it aligned.
Done many in my time like that, even made a tool that screwed in to do the ones on the 80's and 90s passats etc.
