Title: TD Chip location
Post by: diplo-matt on 22 January 2009, 18:52:28
Can anyone tell me the correct location for performance chip?

Its a manual 99 2.5TD

I've been told it's the bottom of two chips if you open it like a book, which is a bit vague tbh.

I will formally introduce myself soon!

i imagine its talking asif you still had the ecu in the correct position in the car, to lift it out in that same position and then open it and the bottom of two if that makes sense (you could ask-i think his username is omegatoy) about it

looking at MDTM's pic above - I'll try to take a better quality one today - you should be able to see that it it the lower of the 2 when you 'unfold' the 2 halves of the circuit.
