Title: Diff Backplate Removal
Post by: MutantCav on 10 February 2009, 12:02:59
Just taking the backplate off the ex plod facelift diff...

Is it just a matter of taking off the 7 bolts holding it in place and off it comes?? Or the 2 sensors too?? Or is there more to it?

Ok sorted but possibly a slight amendment needed for the guide if the car used wasnt a facelift??

The top 2 plate bolts arent accessible on a facelift...needs the retaining bolts removing completely to drop the diff down and get to the 2 top bolts...great big bit of chassis in the way...

Success...LSD confirmed :)
