THANKS GUY'S

Head bolt torque is :
25Nm + 90 deg +90deg +90 deg....then a further 15deg (this si optional as its more of a tolerance).
So tighten all the bolts to 25Nm working in a spiral from the inner bolts out. Then tighten them all agin in the same order by 90deg....repeat this stage 3 times to get the 3 sets of 90 deg angle torques before optionaly applying the 15 deg.
Remember new bolts are a must!

You will probably snap a couple as they will have been previously stretched!!
-
When tightening new bolts you can feel when it starts to be elastic. It’s just before 3rd 90 degree tight up. So don’t use old ones as you will snap most of them.
-
IMHO you're unlikely to snap the head bolts if you re-use them, it's just that if they've already been used, they'll have approached their yield point. I reused head bolts with no problems on SWMBO's Lantra.

Those bolts only stretch once and you won`t ba able to tighten up to correct torque again without the likelyhood of shearing, and if you under tighten there is a likely chance of another failed head hasket.
