Hallo there is it correct to use ordinary water in place of the red coolant. What are the disadvantages????

The red 'anti-freeze' is also a corrosion inhibitor. Best practise is a 50:50 mix at all times, summer or winter.  :y

What he said^^^

Don't think of trying to run it without coolant in the system.
