Title: Upgrading gearbox from AR25 to AR35

As when the new engine goes in, new gearbox will to...

Will I need the ECU for the box too?  Or can I run it on the current 2.5 AR25 ECU??

nope, the ar35 is basically "plug & play" [i hate that expression :(], just use your bellhousing & t/c & thats it :y

Will be using the 3ltr t/c & such as its going on a 3.2 ;)

Glad its just plug&play! Will make life much easier  ;D

well that threw me!! didnt realise you were putting in a bigger lump as well, anyhow it should be a straight fit, trouble with me is im stuck in tractor mode :D

As far as I know, the GS820 ecu was never fitted to 2.5/3.0.

I think there is a bit more CAN chat going on on later ones....
