Does anyone know how to get hold of him, and can they find out if intentional?  Defo looks like he has been removed...

Managed to 'speak' to The Outcast by the miracle of the web.  [smiley=grin.gif]

I think he will be watching from afar for the time being. I guess he'll get in touch when he wants to come back.
