Oil will cause the rubber to rot and crack on the leads...could well be the lead or the plug itself but it has been known for a failed dispaick to only fail on one cylinder

"Hello" and welcome :)

If the oil has been sitting there for some while, it is often the case that it damages the HT lead through the immersion in oil.

A DIS pack problem "usually" involves more than one cylinder as the system is a "wasted spark" one.

If it was mine I'd try swapping the leads around to see if the fault transfers, its a rough check but would help pin down a failed lead ??

Welcome to OOF  :y

Plug lead broken down - replace or substitute with one of the good ones and see if misfire "moves" to another cylinder.
