Title: Will cdx mirror work on Elite

Just to check to see if anyone would know it the mirror wiring from the cdx would be the same as on the elite. I am not sure if the cdx has memory seats as with the elite.

If the CDX was fitted with memory, it should fit...

Although isn't the Facelift mirror different as it has a built in light or something??

Sorry should have said its the drivers mirror  ::) from and for a facelift. Was not sure if the facelifts have  Memory seats.

Don't think the cdx has memory seats as standard so according to EPC no they're not the same.
Memory seats require a different mirror.

From what I can make out on EPC though is you can change the motors from memory to non-memory mirrors...

Internal assembly can be swapped over (motor pack) if required.

CDx mirror does not have the feedback ressitors that the Elite one has

Oh Good is that a big - hard job as it is the caseing that i need  mirror glass is fine and works but some littel SH**,s knocked it off afew years ago. Need the main Body and part that fit,s it to the window.

 If you're taking it off the car, it shouldn't be too much more effort. :y

HI Steve, I had to do the same on my last Elite, you have to swap the motor and the wiring loom (which entails removing the wires from the plug to feed it thorugh). Not too difficult, give me a shout if you need a hand as I have got the knack to it now!

Good sounds like fun ::) ::). I think i will if that ok, due to get replacment in the new week or so.
