Title: Electric mirrors blowing fuses

Hi all my electric mirrors have not worked since i got the car
i had a look thro0ugh the service history and noticed the car has had this issue for some time.

 I intend to get to the bottom of the problem but would be gratefull of any pointers that could be helpfull

Chaffed wire on the loom in the area where the hinges, or some not reassembling properly after a repair maybe.

Can to take the mirror off and try it on annother Omega even if only to test it working or not.
