Title: Inlet Maniford Torques

just about to take the inlet manifold off my 2.6 2001 omega to get to the oil cooler does anyone have the torques for the 3 sets of bolts i will have to remove
Plenum, Trumpet and the spacer

Off the top of my head think they are all 20nm :y
