one of my self levelling units is leaking and so needing replacement,any info on fitting non self levelling standard or up-rated shocks(cheaper)would be much appreciated as self levelling units are hard to come by .

got access to a trade card? get the self leveling shocks from a Vx dealer

They might be aftermaket, but Vauxhall has loads :y :y

About £150 for the pair for self levellers on TC
Remember to replace both though!

interestingly vauxhall paignton first told me the part was discontinued now there is no problem getting them although pricey at £123inc. each so if theboy can tell me where i can get them for £150 the pair id be gratefull

Vauxhall dealers.
But you need to have a trade club card, Usual method if you're not in the trade is to join a club such as Autobahnstormers (http://www.Autobahnstormers.org) which gives you access to the TC scheme for about £20 if my memory is correct.

They are talking bull, any car manafacture must supply all parts for a car for 8 years after it ceased production.

The part is 64 + Vat. Opel gave me a TC without problems. I'm sure they love any brand loyalty. But when I went to collect them from Vaux in Newry They tried to charge me 132 each I whinged a bit & they reduced them to 87 I whinged more & paid 64 ex vat for export.
The old shocks were v hard to get off :D
