A few days ago i posted that my 2.5V6 wouldnt start, well sometimes it wouldnt start and when it did it was fine an intermittant fault i would say.
Had a test done but the guys machine couldnt get into the system however was told in no uncertain terms that the crank sensor had gone.
Another guy told me it was a relay common fault cant be nowt else thats the problem.
Well my car has started NO problems for the past 3 days now just as new
So has the crank sensor fixed itself has the relay mended too what has occured?

I can't think of which relay they're talking about. I'd put it down to the crank sensor, but a proper diagnostic will tell you.
Unfortunately D & J Auto's don't seem to have a fault code reader. I took my lads Astra F to a place on Free Town .... can't think of it's name though, near R E Performance, he had a reader that would talk to the Astra's airbag.

Hoj, self fixing no, temporarily working yes! It'll pack up at the most inconvenient moment too. You should be able to paperclip/pedal trick your car anyway, no need for a reader :y

Self fixing - No
Self destroying - Yes
It's a vauxhall, they're all friday afternoon cars, but we love them all the same no matter how frustrating they can be

I'd say it sounds like a temporary reprieve - get a crank sensor while you have the chance...
