Title: starting problem

Hi guys me again i changed my in tank fuel pump then bleed the system it ran fine for a day then it went back to taking forever to start when it dose a big cloud of smoke and drives bad at about 70 mph. until going down a hill any more advice welcome  :y :y :y

just tried to start it now no good jumped it and cranked it again it started  but ran bad then cleared out  any help thanks guys

Have you checked the cold start heater plugs ?

I,m having similar problems as yourself . Put new heat plugs on mine ,also put new leakoff pipes on . (about a month ago) OK for a while ,but has gone back to poor starting .I got very low on diesel so I,m hoping it,s only tank sludge impeding fuel delivery . THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION - The inlet manifold and some plastic has to be removed to obtain access to the heatplugs.

I seem to recall there being a relay involved in the fuel circuit...can cause the pump to stop working iirc...

i was told that about the starter relay i cant find that either any help about relays thanks guys
