Hi Folks,
Having a bit of a problem with the button on my Mig's handbrake - sometimes it sticks in, and it won't lock into position when pulling it up. But after pulling it to the top of it's travel a couple of times, it pops out again.
Is there anywhere where it needs oiling?? :-/
Cheers folks :y

My first reaction would be to reach for the WD40 and spray a bit onto / into the button area moving it continually as I would suspect it is sticking due t :Do dryness. 8-) 8-)
Others would disagree with the use of WD40, and would use another lubricant. :D :D :D ;)
The more thorough way is to remove the central consul section and inspect / lube up the handbrake mechanism ::) ::) ::) 8-) 8-) ;)

Cheers Lizzie - worth a whirl I suppose! :)
I suppose I could get used to the smell of it in the cabin after a bit :D ;D

Marvellous - thanks again Lizzie :y
Shouldn't be too difficult to remove the centre console - had to take it out on my last Miggy to get rid of all the shite superfluous wiring that our boys in blue had left behind
