If you add your location it would be useful (even if non uk).
I read a similar post recently from an non uk owner driving an omega in a hot country and this was deemed to be normal

				Yes Radar,

correctly said ... I am the one driving the Omega in a hot country (Bahrain). I just flushed out the radiator and filled it up with a special coolant recommended by the Opel dealer here. I did not even add any water as the coolant is specially made for sustaining the high temperatures here.

All this to say that there is a big improvement on my running temperature. I wont say it does not go to 100 deg, but that only in heavy traffic. Plus the fans work a LOT!!!  :y

Am living in Saudi Arabia and it is a hot country.

is it ok to fill the radiator with the special coolant adding no water?!

				Follow your products instructions!

IF you use neat coolant here, you massively reduce its effectiveness, its designed to be diluted 50%.

Don't think there is a 1 size fits all advice, just you your local product as it is meant to be used.

				Tom,

I would advise you to do a full flush of the radiator (there is a how to on this site - Check it out). U need to do it at least 3 - 4 times to get all the dirty gook out. I am using a green coolant purchased locally here in Bahrain. Go ahead with the 50-50 mix 9coolant / water).

In any case, what i can tell you is that because we both are in hot countries, the fans WILL work a lot even if the temperature is at 92 - 95 deg.  :y
