Title: Headlamp adjustment to visit le continent

I'm sure I have seen this how-too somewhere here recently but blowed if I can find it now and Ive been on the search for over an hour.

Maybe I just dreamt it.

Iirc there was a lever or sorts behind the rear cap?

Hi,
Yes there is a lever you can move up or down after you remove the cover.

Not really helpfull I know, but one side needs to be up and other side down, but I can't find the information on which is which.

Just put them to the opposite to what they are !!

You are quite correct, for a right hand drive vehicle:-
LH Headlamp - Lever up
RH Headlamp - Lever down
