Title: Seat belt indicator
Post by: gsizoli on 16 April 2009, 20:23:11
Hi Guys!

I've a simple question for you - I hope so.
In my facelift Omega I can hear a low beep when I pull out the driver's side seat belt.
How should this work?Should i hear this beep in case of both sides, or is it work only driver"s side? How can I make it loud - where can i found the used components - let it a relay, controller or anything?
Anyway the seat belt indicator is not lightning when I turn the ignition on, but I think i should only change the appropriate bulb in the dash.

It's not a big problem I know so I'm just interesting because I like if things are working properly in my car.

Heres the circuit diagram

It would appear that only the drivers seat has the monitoring and that there is no volume adjustment (unless you take the buzzer apart!)
