I've heard it said that pattern (composite) ex manifold gaskets shouldn't be used
How about the Eliring one below, though? Can't work out if it's metal or not - don't they need to be multilayer steel gaskets?
Please advise. I'm on a budget rebuild but don't want rubbish either :y
