Title: Will this instrument panel fit my car?
Post by: Bumbazor on 01 May 2009, 12:02:37
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-OMEGA-EX-POLICE-CALIBRATED-SPEEDO-ELITE-MV6_W0QQitemZ120376706737QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item120376706737&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50#ebayphotohosting

It looks the same as mine but I don't know if there are differences in anything between that and my car. Mine is a 2.5 and this came off a 3.2. I can transplant my display into it but are the connecitons the same? I really like the style of the speedo and the fact it is calibrated.

Thanks

Is yours a facelift or a mini f/l with f/l bumpers? If the latter then no they won't fit. If the former then they'll fit but need a tech2 session to set the speedo and rev counter correctly :y

Someone said mine was mini fl but I'm not sure. It had pre fl bumpers on originally.

I like the idea of calibration and the extra mph marks on the dial. It's more precise than what I have now.
