Title: Security Wait Time...

Got the Car Pass for my car now and have the correct code, however the wrong code has been entered previously in the Immobiliser side and the Security Wait Time is showing as 10:40:00 (presumably ten hours 40 mins??)

How do I reset this or get the time to work its way back to zero??

if its anything like the bloody Stereo then you have a very long wait with the ignition on  :o

On my old Ford radio i use to disconnect the battery for a couple of mins, then I could program it straight away. I havent needed to try it on the Mig.

Not the radio code mate...the car Immobilisers security code :y

But worth a try on disconnecting the battery overnight...

i know the ecu forgets its self after 1/2 hr of being disconnected  :y

The guy at the Vaux main dealers suggested a couple of things including disconnecting battery overnight...battery is duly disconnected :y

Yeah it doesnt seem to like you guessing the code 10000 times  :y
