IS Fuchs the recomended one or does it not matter ...also is there a kit availble for to do the whole job or can you recomend...i.e.Gasket filter etc...just don't want to get half way through and find I am missing something

fuchs tytan 4000 dex3,  iirc, 6 or 7 litres.

2 sump gaskits and clean or replaice the filter.

clean magnet in sump.

gaskits not sure but vx want something like 68 sobs for filter, hence cleaning if in good nic, they may let you return it if unused/ still in packaging...

Blimey whats it made of GOLD!..... ok will have a look and try to clean filter are the gaskets cheap?

In ABS magazine ,Dave Kember  does a set of gaskets and filter for £30=00 plus postage.
Bought a set of him last year,and now others on forum use him..top guy
