Guy who works for me has a 53 plate Astra gsi turbo (lucky git ;D)but recently the alarm has been playing up in that hes locked the car up and set the alarm via the fob as normal and it then it starts going off for no apparant reason which isnt exactly the way to make friends with your neighbours! Hes checked the contacts on doors/ bonnet/boot and these seem ok and hes not removed the battery .His local vx dealer doesnt seem to have been very helpful, altho they did suggest that it might be the battery on the sounder .Anyone on here any ideas please? Thanks guys/girls :y

get hom to try disconnecting his alarm Bonnet switch/sensor might work
i think it looks exactly the same as the omegas and its in a similar place too
