My car is sounding a little throaty. i assumed that the manifold gasket was blowing but my local mechanic says it is fine. Apparently the EGR pipe was loose?He says he has secured it but after a couple of days the noise is back?  Any comments would be appreciated.   :y

try blanking the EGR do a forum Serarch

the cole can method fails after about 100 mi i got a friend in a steelworks to make me a proper thick steel one on there CNC machine
