would a omega a 3.0 24 93.mod AR35 autobox fit in a omega b 2.5dt 95.mod with a ar25 box? i could get a box with conv and control box. anything more i need?
-
Gearbox should be the same but you will need to use your current torque converter and bellhousing
-
ok. so i can't use the converter from it. thanks for real fast answer.

Just splitting hairs, but the Omega A is the Carlton. In Europe the Carlton was called the Omega.
All the Omega's as we know them are Omega B's ('94>'03). :y
-
Nope!!! although it will physically fit, the managemnent systems are not compatible, where the omega a dipstick is on the b it is full of electronic connectors, it would just go into limp and nothing you could do would change it!! sorry dude, mind you the omega must have done a few miles anyway, td wold kill it im sure!!
-
As above! Plus all the connectors are different anyway.
-
sorry, i know it is called Carlton but didn't think when i wrote. ;D.
so in other words, there is no hope to mount a auto box from a Carlton in omega b... :'(
then i still have to look, was much easier too find one from Carlton ;)
-
as above connections will not fit :y
