Title: EGR again

Sorry to bring up this topic again, but my problem is still not solved.
Got P0403 code, cleaned EGR, was gone for a while, fault code came up again, cleared fault codes and replaced EGR, code still there.

Can anyone tell me what voltages I may expect to measure on the 2pin connector on EGR solenoid at normal idle?

If you take a few minutes to update your profile with car details/engine type/etc then would save having to ask - what engine, age etc??
